If you need help getting started please login to your account at https://www.mineralfile.com and click the Help link at the top right-hand side of the screen.  The MineralFile 4 Step Process is outlined on the first page.  These steps will help you to begin populating your MineralFile account with your information.

Managing Your Subscription and Billing Information

If at anytime you need to modify the billing information associated with your account or wish to modify or cancel your subscription, please visit our billing site by clicking here.  You will need to login using your MineralFile user name and password.  If you no longer have this information, please click the Forgot your password link on that page.

Multi-User Account Support

All of our multi-user accounts include telephone tech support.  Multi-user account subscribers may call our toll-free number at 888-786-2881 and select option 2.  Please have your MineralFile user name ready in order to verify your subscription.
